2019 has seen a year of growth....in addition to the traditional conferencing model, NCRJ is now providing two new RJ services: Traffic Circle and 21 or None. Based on the circle process, each model is designed to create a meaningful way for individuals to learn from their offense (traffic or MIP of alcohol) and assist them in developing an RJ Contract to repair harm and give back to their community, their families, and themselves. Our new board of directors is also in full swing. Look for us soon out there in community doing some fundraising!
